Packing

Our products are packed in a firm blanco box, on the outside you can not see that it contains erotic articles and there will not be any reference to our shop on the box. 100% reliably and discreet. Wherever possible, we use packing material which is not harmfull for the environment.

Sending manner

All parcels are carried out by UPS. They deliver your order by day at the indicated address. If you are not at home when the order is offered, UPS will redeliver your order the next day.
Pay attention to possible damages when you take the order in reception.

Delivery period

Orders are confirmed within 3 minutes by e-mail. The delivery period depends on the method of paying and our stock.

Retour

When you received an order of lingerie and/or clothing that is not the right size you can send this retour. You need to report this consignment in advance with this form. We ask you to fill in this application completely and correct.
