You can have your orders delivered to a BPost point (only available in Belgium). A Bpost point is a collection point in the Bpost network where you can have your parcels dropped off. There are many Bpost points in Belgium, so there’s always one near you.

During the order process, you will automatically be offered the option to ‘deliver to a Bpost point’. If you or your customer chooses to have the order sent to a Bpost point, a specific Bpost point will be suggested. You may, of course, choose any Bpost point yourself during the ordering process.

How do you (or your customer) know when the order has arrived at a Bpost point?

As soon as the order has been received at the Bpost point you or your customer will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address provided. You or your customer can then collect the order from the Bpost point. Please note! Always have a valid form of ID with you when collecting your order.

Can someone else pick up my order from the Bpost point?

No, it is not possible to have someone else pick up your order. The name given during the ordering process must be the same as that of the recipient.

How long will the parcel remain available at the Bpost point?

The order will remain available at the Bpost point for 14 days. If the order has not been picked up (5 days after receiving the confirmation e-mail), you or your customer will receive a reminder. After 14 days, the parcel will be automatically returned to EDC Wholesale.

The order did not arrive at the selected Bpost point. What now?

The order is sent to the Bpost point indicated in the order confirmation. Please contact our customer service department in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived at the chosen Bpost point.
