We always strive for customer satisfaction and excellent service. Should an item turn out to be defective, we will of course seek out the right solution.

Defects

In case you encouter a defective product, you can report this via your Order overview.

How does this work?

  • Look up the concerning order via "my orders".
  • Select the order and click "report RMA" at the bottom.
  • Now you can see the RMA form. Use this to report which product is defective.


After you have filled in all the information and send the form, you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours with the RMA number and the corresponding instructions. The RMA number has to be sent along with the return package. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization.

Most products have a warranty of 30 days. This warranty starts at the moment the product is delivered to you or your customer. Some products have an extended warranty. Think of, for example, a We-Vibe or a product of the brand Lelo. These products come with a special warranty certificate.

Incorrect delivery

In case you or your customer has received an incorrect product, or if a product is missing, you can report this using the RMA form. Considering all products are scanned when leaving our warehouse, this rarely happens. If it does happen, then we will of course make sure you receive the products you ordered.

You can report the following products using the RMA form

  • defects
  • incorrect delivery
  • missing products/flaws
