Partial delivery and backorders

If you opt for ‘Partial delivery’ and the system detects that a product is not in stock, the items that are in stock will be sent straight away. Read more

Additional order

If you unexpectedly receive another order from a customer after sending their first order through to EDC, you can then place an ‘additional order’. As long as your first order has not already been dispatched, we can then add this additional order to the consignment so that we don’t have to charge for shipping costs twice. Read more
