Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of products.

Dutch Remote Selling Act

The Dutch Remote Selling Act (‘Wet Koop op Afstand’) applies between retailers and consumers and not between a retailer and a wholesaler. This means that we as a wholesaler are not obliged to accept returned products. Bear in mind that the Dutch Remote Selling Act does apply between you and your customers.

What to do if clothing doesn’t fit?

If you have used our drop shipping service and your customer would like to return an item of clothing, this item should be returned to your own address. This item then becomes part of your own stock. Your own address is given as the return address on the box. We do not communicate with your clients.

What to do in case of defects?

See the page Guarantee and RMA.In the event of a defect, we always look for a solution.

Exception

One exception applies to all of the above. Should your customer reject an order at their door, or not collect the parcel from the collection point, and the outer packaging (PostNL/Bpost/FedEx/DHL) is unopened, then you may send the parcel in its present state to EDC. The amount of the item will be credited back to you, minus the costs of shipping.
